More than 14 days notice: Campers unable to attend a session for any reason will receive a refund, less a $25 administration fee.
Less than 14 days notice: We will attempt to refill your spot from our waiting list, and if we are successful you will receive a refund less the $25 administration fee. Otherwise no refund is available.
Medical Reason with Doctor's Certificate: Full refund or credit toward another session
NB. Campers can transfer from one session to another (if space is available) for no additional fee.
